Plan out your day – With Breaks
There can be so many distractions while working from home. Using a daily planner can keep you on track by planning out your day and setting your priorities. Being realistic is a vital part of planning. When working from home, having a routine can help you not go stir crazy. During a break, you could go on a walk or call a friend or family member.
How many breaks do you want to take a day? How many hours do you plan on working per day?
Set up a workspace.
If you are working from home, you should set yourself up a workspace. When I first worked from home, I tried to work in a few different spots around the house. I created a workspace that has everything I need. Where I work the most productively in my house might be different from yours. I sit on my couch next to my end table. My couch is super freaking comfortable, and this is where I found myself being the most productive.
